::Music Coordinator & Musicians
The parish now has its new Music Co-Ordinator in the person of Elaine Mendoza. She'll be coordinating the choirs as well as the musicians for the weekend Masses. For those interested becoming one of the parish's keyboard players, prianists or organists to play for weekend Masses you contact Elaine at 0402 094 709 or send her an email at elaine.mendoza16@gmail or contact the Parish Office.

::CO-ORDINATOR-READERS
New readers - training this Monday 23 August 7:30pm at FCJ House, 7 Camara Street, St Albans. Sr Catherine fcJ will conduct the training. Please note change of time and venue. Anyone needing a refresher course please ring Sr Catherine on 9364 1918.

::SPECIAL MINISTERS OF THE EUCHARIST
New ministers are required for the 6:00pm Sunday evening Mass. Please contact the Parish Office.

New roster available to collect next weekend from the foyer.

::PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
Our parish is in a great need of a group of tradesperson and those who can help with property maintenance to assist Fr Minh in upkeeping of our Church’s property and building project. If you can help please contact our parish office.

::CLEANING ROSTER
Our Parish needs 3 or 4 more people are needed to go on to the church cleaning roster. It only takes 2 hours once every 16 weeks. Contact Lily Disco on 9366 0770.

::MINISTRY OF WELCOME
It is proposed to introduce “Greeters” to undertake welcoming of parishioners at each weekend Parish Mass, distributing bulletins etc. Please put your name on the noticeboard.

::RECONCILIATION GROUP
Sr Helen Mary fcJ has been invited to form a group to learn about Aboriginal People and discuss how to respect other cultures. Those interested please phone her 9364 1918.
